To justify our Customer focused approach, we have placed all our emphasis on producing quality products and to assure the same,we have established a well equipped Testing Lab, where right from the in-coming raw material to dispatching of finished goods inspection is conducted. Even in-process inspection is done by our quality inspectors to ensure zero-defect products.

Test Certificates with all the test results are provided with each supply.

We have fully equipped testing laboratory, which is capable of testing fastener of all mechanical and chemical properties, All machines are regularly calibrated for accurate results, Our testing laboratory consists of following machines.

In our Laboratory, we are having universal testing machines, hardness testing machines, impact testing and other equipments to check proof load, break load, tensile strength, yield test, elongation, head soundness and coating thickness.

Our Universal testing machines is of 80 MT capacity. Our UTM machine can carry following test.
1- Assembly / Suitability test for BS EN 15048 products.
2- Ultimate tensile strength
3- Yield strength
4- Proof load
5- Breaking load
6- Elongation
7- Wedge test

Our cooling chamber can cool sample up to -40 Celsius, Samples for impact test is cooled using liquid methanol, Our cooling chamber ensures uniformity in cooled temperature and cools sample to its depth.

Impact test is regularly done in house both at room temperature and below 0 degree Celsius such as-30 degrees and so on

All products are checked for coating thickness as per sampling plan.

Each and every shipment is provided with a test certificate mentioning all chemical and mechanical properties of fasteners along with relevant batch no. Here by is shown our sample test certificate for reference. However this template may change according to customer requirement.
