Below pictures represents robust infrastructure of Rachna Fasteners.
Our infrastructure include series of Bolt former both Multi-station imported machines and conventional Indian Heading machines, These machines are capable to Cold forge any Hex head, Round Head or any special part up to M24 diameter, For threading operations various automatic, semi automatic, Hand rolling machines and hydraulic threaders are available.
Large diameter Bolts are forged using 2 sets of Hot forging pressed, Bolts/ screws are be hot forged up 1 500 mm of length.
Various type of Power presses and hydraulic presses are available in our press shop that facilitate manufacturing of all types of washers and other sheet metal components We have power pressed ranging from 20 tonne up to 500 tonnes.
Our very installed new Continuous Mesh belt type heat treatment furnace ensures accurate results as products are heat treated in controlled atmosphere using LPG curtain at start so that to nullify chances of Decarborizing or carborizing of material inside the furnace, Unlike batch type heat treatment continuous furnace ensures uniformity in results with no thread distortion.
We have inhouse Hot Dip galvanzing plant from which we get minimum zinc coating of 70 microns which can be increased further according to customer requirement,
Hot dip galvanizing plant has a capacity of over 7 MT per day,
Hot diP galvanizing is done according to ISO 1461 or BSEN 10684
We have in house mechanical/Cold galvanizing plant to galvanize smaller diameter screws and some washers which require mechanical galvanizing
Mechanical galvanize like hot dip galvanized products get zinc coating of minimum 70 microns and above. Mechanical galvanizing is done following BS 7371 part VII standard.
- Our in-house electro plating, Zinc plant can deliver 6 MT of fastener everyday,
- Electroplating is done following standard ISO 4042
- Electroplating is done using trivalent passivation (CR3) for both white and yellow plated products and hence is free from all hazardous material, Minimum coating of 1 2 Microns is maintained.
- Dacromet & Geomet coating is done following ISO 1 6047.
